My privacy policy in a nutshell is this - I do not sell, rent or otherwise disclose your personal information to any third parties. If you purchase a Course, Service, or Product from me or my website, your data is stored through the hosts that manage my Courses and provide me with safe online e-commerce platforms. The companies are, depending on your payment method, Kajabi, Stripe, or Paypal  They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. 

To protect your personal information, I take all reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure any information you give me like your name, and email address, it is not  inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

This Privacy Statement explains Shivani's views and practices
concerning privacy, and how they may pertain to you as a user of her
website.

“You” or “Your” means you as a participant in or as a user of the
female-essence.com website. “We” or “Our” or “Us” means Shivani, Body Bliss Yoga,  or
female-essence.com

SECTION 1 – YOUR VOLUNTARY INFORMATION

When you purchase a Course, a Service, or Product from my site, as part of the buying and
selling process, I collect the personal information you give me such
as your name, address, and email address. This enables me to both
fulfill and support your purchase(s).

SECTION 2 – CONSENT

When you provide me with personal information to complete a
transaction, verify your credit card or place an order, I infer that
you consent to me collecting it and using it for that specific reason
only.

If I ask for your personal information for a secondary reason (i.e.,
newsletter subscription), I will ask you
directly for your expressed consent and provide you with an
opportunity to withdraw your consent.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by clicking on an
“unsubscribe” link or sending me a reply with “unsubscribe”.

SECTION 3 – DISCLOSURE

I do not sell, rent or otherwise disclose your personal information to
any third parties.  If required by law, or if you violate our Terms of
Service, I may disclose your personal information to authorities.


SECTION 4 – DATA STORAGE

My shopping cart solution is hosted and managed by Kajabi and Stripe.
They provide me with the online e-commerce platform that allows me to
sell my products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Kajabi's, Stripe’s, and Paypals data storage,
databases. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

At no point during the transaction do I or my website take custody of
or store your credit card information. This is process is monitored
and managed by Kajabi, Stripe, or Paypal, and you can read their terms of service,
privacy policy and PCI Compliance information by visiting their sites, for example;

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then
Stripe stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the
Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase
transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete
your purchase transaction.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as
managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort
of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express etc.


SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Once you leave my website or are redirected to a third-party website
or application like Kajabi or Strip, you are no longer governed by
this Privacy Policy or my website’s Terms of Service. I am not
responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you
to read their privacy statements.

SECTION 6 – SECURITY

To protect your personal information, I take every reasonable precautions
and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not
inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or
destroyed.


SECTION 7 – COOKIES

Cookies are pieces of information that a website transfers to an
individual’s computer hard drive for record keeping purposes. Kajabi,
the platform upon which the membership site operates, tracks your
active sessions so you don't need to re-login if you save your
password to your computer. Other than that, www.female-essence.com
does not utilizes other cookies or tracking pixels (i.e. Google
Analytics, Facebook) to aid in measuring and tracking my website
traffic.  If this changes in order to provide a more customized
experience for you and other customers, this section will be updated
here, so that you are aware.


SECTION 8 – CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

I reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so
please review it frequently. If we make material changes to this
policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you
are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under
what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.


SECTION 9 - SECURITY BREACHES

While I take precautions and invest in security for any stored user
data, if our user data is ever compromised, I promise to send an email
to inform you within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach.

Bulletin Boards and Chat Areas: Guests of the Kajabi site are solely
responsible for the content of messages they post on the Company’s
forums, such as chat rooms and and secret groups like our one on Facebook.
Please be aware that when you voluntarily disclose personal information (e.g., user
name, e-mail address, phone number) on the bulletin boards or become Facebook friends with another member,
that information can be collected and used by others and
may result in unsolicited messages. You are
responsible for the personal information you choose to submit in these
instances. Please take care when using these features.

Terms and Conditions of Use of Shivani's Online Courses

NOTICE: These Terms and Conditions of Use are legally binding. It is
your responsibility to read these Terms and Conditions of Use
carefully prior to purchase, use or access of any of Shivani's
products, including online courses.

When you purchased a Course from Shivani, you were given a reasonable
notice that these Terms existed. By moving forward with your purchase
of the Course and further access of the Course, you agreed and
continue to agree to abide by these Terms as well as any disclaimers
and privacy disclosures contained in these Terms.


AGE OF CONSENT

You agree you are at least 18 years old or of legal age in your
country to access the Course, service, or product I offer, or that you are the age
of majority in your country of residence and you have given
us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this
site.


LIMITED LICENCE

Your purchase of any Course only entitles you to view that Course, and
is not a purchase of the software or content constituting or included
in the Course. More specifically, unless explicitly authorized in
these Terms or by Shivani materials, you may not modify, copy,
reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create
derivative works, exploit, or distribute in any manner or medium
(including by email or other electronic means) any material from the
Course(s).

You may download the videos for offline use for your personal use only.

I reserve the right to terminate your access to the Course at any
time if we find that you have violated these Terms. We will make every
attempt to notify you of any violation of these Terms and give you an
opportunity to remedy the violation.  If you fail to remedy the
violation I will terminate your access to the Course.

Fees and Refunds

Fees for my Courses are set forth on the Website. I reserve the
right to change Course Fees at any time.  I stand by the quality and
benefits of the content and as such do not give refunds. If you are unhappy
with your purchase please contact me personally and together we will
find a way that you can benefit and be satisfied with your purchase.

Termination

You have the right to terminate your use and access to any of my
Course(s). Please send an email to [email protected] to initiate
this process. Termination will not excuse you of further payment.

Intellectual Property

All videos, images, logos, text, designs, graphics, page layouts,
icons,  tag lines, trademarks, and service marks are owned by and the
property of Shivani or the properly attributed party. It is a
violation to use any of our intellectual property in
whole or in part, without direct and written permission from me.


Model Release. You grant me a commercial license to any image(s) you
submit to me by default, such as a Facebook profile photo or other
profile image you voluntarily provide in accessing the Course, or that
you provide voluntarily upon my request. Such a voluntary
release of your image and likeness may be used for any reasonable
future business use. I am not obligated to notify you or anyone of our
use in our own publications of photographs or other images that you
submit to us by default or voluntarily but it
is my usual practice that I will ask you for permission before posting your image.

Security and Assumption of Risk

It is your responsibility to secure your Course username and
password from theft or any other means of unauthorized use that would
violate these Terms and Conditions of Use.

I do not store any whole credit card numbers or payment information, and instead,
these are processed through third party processors such as Kajabi, Stripe or Paypal.
By utilizing these payment processors to gain access to the Course, you
indemnify ume and instead assume any and all risk or liability for the
security of the payment details, and agree to be bound by the third
party payment processor’s applicable terms and conditions of use.

By accessing my Course(s) and/or related materials, whether paid or unpaid,
you assume all the risk of your access and any subsequent actions you
choose to take as a result of
the influence, information or educational materials provided to you.


General Disclaimer.

My Courses are for educational and entertainment purposes only. None
of the Course or its related material(s) should be construed as
medical, legal, or financial advice.

I am not medical professional. During the terms of this Course(s) and
related material(s),  you expressly agree we are not acting in any
professional medical, legal, financial  capacity. 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we expressly exclude any
liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage
incurred by you or others in connection with our Course(s), including
without limitation any liability for any accidents, delays, injuries,
harm, loss, damage, death, lost profits, personal or business
